I bought a house through them both my realtor and the sellers where employees of the company the people lied on there disclosure so now I am having to take them all to small claims court to get the money back for a new heater since the one didn't work and new carpet since it was infested with fleas so bad that the exterminator said it would cost more to get rid of them than to replace the carpet and a new stove since the one that came with the house didn't work, the water was turned off because otherwise the kitchen would have flooded.
