This beach is often considered accessible, but to get to the “accessible” beach mat, you must traverse a very rocky path, which is impossible in a wheelchair. Once we got to the “accessible” beach mat, I was disappointed to see that the water was so far away. It would even be very far at high tide…

Unfortunate to have to pay here and the bathroom is disgusting and there is no spigot for washing off sandy feet. The beach itself was decent and large enough I don't think it would ever feel very crowded. The sand mats only go a short ways so not really helpful to wheelchair users like they are intend for. A local warned us that it is often extremely windy due to the length of the beach, luckily it was pretty calm when we went.

My wife and I went here for our first time. It was our 19th anniversary.

It was sunny, no clouds, only a little windy and 63°! The perfect oregon beach weather. Day pass parking wasn't too bad, there is also a 30 min free parking too. My kids loved playing on this beach, easy access :)

Cool little beach park (Very little) that provides public access to the beach. There are less than ten parking spots as far as I could tell and it's $5 for all day parking. The fee area has a drop box that takes cash (not sure about checks) and has a working digital parking pay kiosk that takes cash or credit cards.
We found this park randomly on the map as we drove through on hwy 101 and it was one of best hidden access points on our trip. The beach is sandy and there weren't very many people along the stretch where we were at. The walk from the parking lot to the beach is very short and you can take off your shoes or sandals pretty quickly and walk in the sand. It's also a dog friendly beach. I would pack chairs in with you and relax a bit, but also it's very windy but tolerable on warm sunny days.
