We chose to rest here for a night before our Siuslaw Dunes 20 Miler race, and we were nervous about whether or not we’d be able to get a good night’s rest. As it turns out, we shouldn’t have worried at all! The rooms were perfectly clean (including the microwave) with quite serviceable beds, no odd odor to speak of, the parking lot was safe and well-lit, and the windows had blackout curtains. If every motel was this well-maintained and well-priced, I’d certainly stay in motels much more often.

It's a good place for a night or two. Stop over for great value. The host was kind and helpful! The room and bathroom were clean. There is plenty of space. The cleaning products used are scented and have a strong smell (for anyone one that is averse to that). Otherwise, all good!

Staff was very rude and discriminated against me because of my health. I walked in and rented a room on October 31, 2025 for 2 nights and I was charged $203.40. I was in room 6 and it smelled musty and mildewy throughout. It also had strong smells of bleach and disinfectants. There was a coffee stain on the countertop and the toilet was not cleaned. The staff was upset with me for going and renting another room someplace else because I couldn't stay there any longer due to the conditions of the room. The staff refused to return the money I paid for the second night because I didn't give them 48 hours notice but I rented the room as a walk in less than 24 hours before that. It's just ridiculous and makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I also left because of a medical emergency and the night of the day I left I ended up at the emergency room in Florence Oregon and the ER doctor almost admitted me to the hospital because my medical emergency was more than likely due to an exposure to something in that motel room which was room 6. I'll never stay there again.

I needed a room on extremely short notice and found this spot on booking.com. The room was very fairly priced and spacious, no AC but this being the Oregon coast that is probably only a problem very rarely. The lady at the front desk was nice enough, and advised that booking.com isn't the best place to find the best option for this hotel (so if you're using booking.com double check that the room you have is actually the best rate). Somewhat noisy due to its location right off 101 but it is what it is. Overall I would stay here again if budget is a deciding factor.

The motel is definitely worth every penny. We stayed in a room that was like a room within a room- each section had its own queen bed, offering extra space and privacy. It was a great setup and excellent value for the price we paid.
However, we did face a communication issue after checkout. We accidentally left behind a pair of pants, a shirt, and a throw. Although we called multiple times the next day, the staff initially said nothing was found. After we explained where the items were left (inside the drawer), they eventually located the clothes but not the throw. They also didn’t call us back and we had to follow up ourselves.
Overall, while the stay was very comfortable and the room setup was fantastic, the communication could definitely be improved. Be sure to double-check the room before leaving!
