Jim Wynn and his excellent crew did an absolutely fabulous job on our home tile project. From the care during the demolition and removal of old tile and carpet to the care and finish of the tile setting and finishing. Top notch people. They did everything they could to make the 3 plus weeks of work go smoothly. I highly recommend this company.

WOW!!! These guys are great! I had my home redone and was so indecisive on what tile to put in our master bathroom and the flooring throughout the house Jim met us at ceramic northwest tile and walked us through the option and found great product that was very cost effective. Very happy with the whole project his team was very respectful of our home as well. Will be siring this crew in the future for our fireplace remodel.

So far they have just come out and priced a partial remodel of our shower. We got a price through VM and responded back with a VM asking why it was so high. It has been over a month at this point with hearing nothing. Sad that customer service is not high up on the list.
I will change this once we hear back and or move forward with these guys, if we do.
