We met with Jiah Quayle, owner, for consulting on building a home in the area. We came to him from very high and resounding recommendations by locals who both know Jiah personally and those who have built with him. We had multiple previous buyers offer to show us his work, and they were clearly as proud of their home as Quayle was having built it. Quayle fielded all of our preliminary questions, via messages and in person, and had great answers that got us started in the direction of financing, as well as details and recommendations on available areas to build in and around Waldport.
Ultimately we ended up not choosing a different location for our family, far outside of Quayle's working area, but if Jiah and Quayle Builders were available in our location I would not have a second thought having Quayle build our home.
