Had a 1 night stay in a comfy bed with a beautiful view facing the river! Even had a little elephant friend greet me. Great service and people. I will definitely come back! Thank you!!

Not super exciting.. on the river near a drawbridge. Plenty of safe parking. Balcony facing the river. Beds are old and not comfortable. Rooms are dated, clean and small. Micro and mini-fridge and tiny coffee maker. Front desk was great.

What a great hotel. Beautiful location, right on the river. We were able to watch a gorgeous sunset from our balcony. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Even called me to let me know I forgot something after I left! The shower head and water pressure were better than our own at home! 😂😍 that was glorious. Easy to walk to the old downtown and all the restaurants and shops along the river. For the best room rate, call them directly. Only cons: It is a little bit old and dated. Our room had some weak spots in the floor that were very loud when you stepped on them. They no longer include breakfast with the stay.

Great location right on the water. Wonderful front staff, very clean and large room and hot tub. Cute basket with water and snacks on the bed. Odd thing, but the toilet was very small. Lots of noise from the beautiful bridge...but obviously that's not the hotel's fault. All in all would stay again.

We were overcharged and deceived. Our room was NOT what website portrayed.
Our room was dated. Light was horrible (one hanging light by patio door, one small lamp on desk...no lamp by bed).
Bedding consisted of thin blanket between two sheets. We had to ask for an extra blanket and supplemented with what we brought in order to be warm.
Patio door stuck in tracks.....squeaked open with extra effort.
Bathroom in closet (toilet and shower).....sink by door to unit. This was no spa.
Staff asked for ID upon check in....then made a copy, claiming that a phote was needed to let us back in our unit in case we got locked out.....????
My initial review was rejected with a response that review had already been submitted. It hadn't.
Response to owner's snarky rebuttal:
Take another look. There was NO lamp on the nightstand between the beds. There was a dated hanging light in front of the patio door and a small lamp on the desk which was on the opposite wall from the bed.
