Room was clean with good ocean view. Kitchenette was nice to have. Toilets could be updated they were very short and hard for my disabled mom to use. A safety bar for the shower would be nice too. Nice continental breakfast was included.

I would give this place a 4.5, not a 4 so I rated it a 5. This is an older property. What was lacking aesthetically on the outside (this happens from the salt air from the ocean) was made up inside. Comfy bed, a kitchen with a small stove/oven and a full size fridge, balcony and sitting area looking out to the ocean. This was clean and had fresh paint and decor. I thought it was cute and comfy with everything in good working order. I am here in May so not sure what this is like in the summer but I didn't hear any neighbors. The parking lot was 75% full. I would definitely stay again in room 40.

Our favorite place to stay on the coast. Its a nice central location to base out. Rooms offer a kitchenette, comfy beds, and spectacular views. Plus the beach is just steps away. Sunsets are the best on the beach but just as nice from the balcony. And the price is great.

Stayed in a cabin for two nights with my family and our dog. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the beach access is wonderful, but that is where the positives end. The cabin smelled heavily of mildew and that permeated through the towels and the bedding. The shower has hot and cold water reversed and what hot water is present takes several minutes to arrive. Front door to cabin sticks and once closed there are no additional safety measures like a deadbolt or a door latch. The indoor pool is in dire need of renovation, mildew and dry rot cover the walls. Overall, the environment does not lend to a comfortable stay.
