Great views! Good trail till you have to take the sand road detour. Still a good road but more challenging to hike.

It's all fee area now and it sucks there's nothing special about it I don't know what they do with the money they're collecting because it's just a parking lot

Mossy forested winding trails through halls of huckleberry and lichen-draped boughs. Super fun to go exploring on, and looking for mushrooms. You could easily spend all day wandering along trails and finding little secret hideaways and eating all the wild huckleberries you'd ever wish for (if you come at the right time of year). The river is also beautiful and looks good for fishing, but we were having too much fun hiking and enjoying nature to stop and fish. Just another wonderful place to discover along the Oregon Coast !

Nice, easy trail that is usually not crowded, even during the tourist season!
