Mossy forested winding trails through halls of huckleberry and lichen-draped boughs. Super fun to go exploring on, and looking for mushrooms. You could easily spend all day wandering along trails and finding little secret hideaways and eating all the wild huckleberries you'd ever wish for (if you come at the right time of year). The river is also beautiful and looks good for fishing, but we were having too much fun hiking and enjoying nature to stop and fish. Just another wonderful place to discover along the Oregon Coast !
Nice, easy trail that is usually not crowded, even during the tourist season!
Great trail and mushrooms
Camping with the family: We went camping for 4 of July it was great 😊, I fell in love with this beautiful place. We rented some kayaks and we got our self to the water. The water was warm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! can you believe that!hot water in oregon! We I still remember and it makes me want to go back English: THE best time of our lives. We camped in the sand at a very dry campsite in this location. Well this place is wonderful!! Just thinking about it I want to go back!!!! The water is hot!!!!! Hot can you believe hot water in Oregon! Well, we rented some kayaks and had a great time with the family. The river wasn't clear so it wasn't dangerous at all. I highly recommend it
