Subway is definitely getting better. The changes they've made make for greatly improved offerings. This store was clean, service prompt and polite, and the sandwiches well done.
The sandwiches are pretty good 6 times out of 10. However the customer service is very, very bad. Went in tonight and Shane and Tony were working. I think Tony is the owner. I couldn't feel more of a bother to those guys. My bad for wanting my sandwich the way I want it... Even the customer behind me asked Tony to maybe say a greeting, enthusiastically to make the guest feel wanted there.
The sandwiches are usually alright, but sometimes you get one that is either poorly made or the order is wrong, and when that happens usually businesses replace their mistakes....not this subway. ANTHONY thinks words will fix things, and then proceeds to ignore you. Such a shame that businesses aren't in business for their service, they are in it for their greed, money is their God and its makes their sandwiches taste disgusting.
The Waldport Subway is a great sandwich shop. The employees are clean, polite, and know how to make a delicious sandwich ,just the way you like and want. Thanks Subway you guys are awesome. Once upon a time there was a small town in Oregon called Waldport. The only restaurants located in this town where family owned. Subway had then stumbled upon this town and saw an opportunity to open a Subway. Once opened, the town’s people flocked to it at once leaving no business for the Ma and Pa owned restaurants. This angered all the owners and they decided to fight back. The subway was then stoned and burnt into nothingness. However, Subway did not lose hope in this town and decided to reopen. The meatballs in the meatball sub had been the stones reversed engineered into meatballs and had been heated by the fires. The owners now had accepted that Subway had won.
