We live in Medford oregon and we needed a birthday cake for my sister's birthday while we were vacationing in Florence. So I called sweet magnolia and ordered ahead. When we pucked up the cake on June 1st they had a wonderful cafe/ bakery. We also bought a slice of pistachio cheese cake and other pastry. Absolutely delicious, the bakery was so welcoming and the owners were so nice and inviting.

Small bakery inside with limited seating but lots of delicious looking options to choose from. I had a snickerdoodle cookie and a raspberry coffee cake and both were fantastic.

I couldn’t recommend Sweet Magnolia more! They graciously accommodated a last-minute order and created the most beautiful chocolate ganache cake for my mother-in-law’s 80th birthday. Wanting to support a local business made the experience even more special.
The cake was absolutely stunning, and the flavor exceeded our expectations. It was rich, incredibly moist, and perfectly balanced—especially impressive for a cake of its size. It was the highlight of the celebration, and our entire family loved it.
Thank you for helping make such a special milestone even more memorable!

I walked in planning to just get a pastry, but when I saw Sweet Potato Apple Bacon Soup on the menu, I changed my plans.
I got a cup of soup that came with a piece of fresh baked toast, pumpkin seeds, and crasins, plus a chocolate chip cookie, for only $9 plus tip. The perfect cozy fall lunch!
